Once we receive your service request, we will send you a replacement iPod shuffle, together with instructions on how to return your defective iPod shuffle to Apple. A $29.95 shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty repairs performed 180 days after date of purchase. If you have purchased the AppleCare Protection Plan, there will be no shipping and handling fee. Please return your defective iPod shuffle to Apple within 10 business days to avoid being charged the cost of the replacement.
