The Ipod in this auction does show EXTREMELY Light scratches and/or use, and is presently in PERFECT operating condition   Warranty: We warranty this item for 60-Days from the date of purchase at no extra charge to you.  If you do encounter issues upon arrival, please first troubleshoot the unit by going through the iPod instructions link found above.  If you continue to have problems, please contact us through the ebay messaging system to receive an RMA form. We do require an RMA Form to help with Warranty issues. We do not offer refunds, if your item does have an issue, we will gladly exchange it for an identical item after receiving your unit back and after the unit has been tested.
