The Ipod in this auction does show EXTREMELY Light scratches and/or use, and is presently in PERFECT operating condition   Warranty: We warranty this item for 60-Days from the date of purchase at no extra charge to you.  If you do encounter issues upon arrival, please first troubleshoot the unit by going through the iPod instructions link found above.  If you continue to have problems, please contact us through the ebay messaging system to receive an RMA form. We do require an RMA Form to help with Warranty issues. We do not offer refunds, if your item does have an issue, we will gladly exchange it for an identical item after receiving your unit back and after the unit has been tested.   We encourage you to purchase the additional Squaretrade Warranty.  For literally pennies on the day, you can be covered for up to 1 year if problems occur down the line!

We ONLY Ship to Paypal CONFIRMED addresses within the United States, and Never make ANY EXCEPTIONS!

We DO accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
We do NOT accept Personal Checks, Business Checks, Western Union Wire Transfers or Credit Card payments over the phone.  If received, they will be sent back to you.

We do NOT combine shipping charges in any auctions and do NOT offer local pickup.
 
We receive a high volume of emails and we do our best to answer every email within 48 hours.  Please do not continue to send emails unless it has been over 48 hours since your first email.  This can actually delay a response as it just gives us more mail to sort through.

Please do not send emails until you have fully read the auction description.  Most of the questions we receive can be answered by reading the description.

All items that have not been paid for within 7 days of auction end, will be disputed as unpaid items.  We do give an additional 10 days after the dispute has been opened to receive payment, IF you communicate with us.  Once the dispute has been closed, you agree to forfeit the item.  Any payment that is received after the dispute has been closed will be returned.Washington Residents must add 8.9% sales tax to the auction total.
